Jess was very clear and helpful with understanding what the RV “Panther” does and doesn’t do. Jess and/or Harish were generally quick to respond to questions throughout process. This was a great experience for us and I’d recommend working with them anytime!

This is our first time to rent and drive a RV and we ever worried about the renting process, operations, etc. Harish and Jess from Great RV are so helpful in the entire process! An instruction video before we pickup the RV was very comprehensive, Jess also spent almost an hour to go through everything about this RV to us when we picked it up. During the trip, they're very easy to reach by text so we get instructions about how to cleanup the pipes. We are so excited about the RV itself as well as the trip. Also this RV is very new and clean. I've recommended this listing to my friends and coworkers!

Harish and Jess provided excellent service from beginning of booking to the end of our 2 weeks trip. They were very responsive and were willing to help you have a great trip. It was our first RV trip and were a bit nervous of handling a 27 ft RV plus all the bells and whistles that come with the rig. Our trip comprise of along the coast of Oregon and up to the border of Washington State, and back to California again..total of 14 days and 1957 miles. We ran into a few minor issues with the RV, but either Harish or Jess were always willing and waiting to help you out via the either text or phone. They even went to extra distance to search up the new RV to find answers for us. We really enjoyed our RV experience and partly it's because of their great service. They definitely deserve the 3 star Michelin in restaurant rating!! We will definitely rent from them again!!
