Please Note, This Listing IS Delivery Only - We will deliver and set up camper for a $100 minimum fee within 65 miles of San Marcos. We also have an inverter generator available for rent for primitive/dry camping. The camper has TWO air conditioning units and renter can book either 30 amp site and only use main AC or book 50 amp site to use additional main bedroom AC unit. If the renter's site does not have a sewer hookup, we will require a $50 dumping fee to take care of it for you upon pickup.The trailer has a queen in the main bedroom (includes memory foam topper; bed is nestled between two large wardrobes and an overhead cabinet with reading lights). Two sliding doors shut the room off from the living space. A second bedroom in the rear contains three twin bunks with lighting above each bed and USB ports. The room also has a large storage closet, as well as numerous built-in shelves allow for lots of space to store clothing, games, and other travel necessities! The living room contains a U-shaped dinette which turns into a double bed, as well as two recliners that lay flat, have built in heaters, lights in cupholders, and vibrating settings.Fully stocked kitchen has 2-compartment sink, 3-burner stove top, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, and freezer. Large outdoor kitchen also features an electric-only fridge, a 2-burner propane grill, and a single bin sink. Large TV in living room rotates in mount to provide entertainment in main bedroom, and has lots of storage in entertainment center below.The outdoor space includes large outdoor kitchen, a 15' awning with LED lights as well as outdoor speakers and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water!Feel free to send us a message to inquire about booking!
