Responsive, helpful, and accommodating
Jim provides excellent communication, responding immediately to questions. He is very helpful, accommodating last-minute requests, extended stays, and even setting up the camper in pouring rain without complaint.
Easy to tow and exceptionally clean
This 2021 Keystone Hideout is exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and easy to tow. It features a spacious layout with a comfortable Murphy queen pull-down bed, accommodating 2 adults comfortably and up to 4 if shorter.

5.0Camper was clean and well appointed - made for a perfect add-on to our family reunion. Host had to set it up in the pouring down rain and did so without complaint. He also was super helpful when I requested adding an extra night. We did not hook it up to anything (did not need kitchen/power etc.), but were happily surprised to find we had lights and bathroom use anyway. We only slept 2 adults in it. It would sleep 4, but only if the other 2 were pretty short! We would definitely rent again. Overall, definitely a 5 star experience.

5.0A fantastic camper with a great layout that was functional, comfortable, easy to tow, and (most importantly) very clean and tidy. Communication with Jim was excellent, and we will definitely rent this trailer from him again.

5.0We had a wonderful experience. The owners were very communicative and everything with the trailer was exactly as described. We enjoyed the large feeling kitchen, the extremely comfy bed and the cleanliness of the trailer. We would definitely rent again!

Are we required to clean the RV after rental?
A.
We would kindly ask that you have all your own personal belongings removed from the RV prior to our arrival to pick it up. Please take our your own gargabe, food, and beverages. We would ask that you not leave the camper excessively dirty or we will deduct an “excessive cleaning fee” from the damage deposit.

Are you willing to deliver the RV or must we pick it up?
A.
We don’t allow others to tow or move the RV. We will deliver the RV to the campground, set it up, hook up utilities and walk you through the features of the camper. When your rental is over, we will come to pack up the RV and haul it away. We charge a minimum of $130 delivery fee.

Do you allow pets?
A.
1. No pets allowed in the trailer at any time for any reason. We have a child who is allergic to animals and we cannot allow pets.

Are there other rules or policies we should know about?
A.
1. No smoking in the trailer. 2. No illegal drugs, drug use, drug paraphernalia, or other activities. 3. Abide by all spoken instructions given when the trailer is delivered and set up for your use. 4. No hooking up or moving trailer once it is set up.
