Aleen was incredibly patient and helpful, answering what felt like my 100 questions before our trip and making the whole process easy and stress-free. They arrived earlier than expected to get everything set up, which was such a nice surprise and gave us more time to enjoy our trip. The camper itself was spotless and looked brand new. It was stocked with so many thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. Aleen was also readily available throughout our trip if we had any questions. Our only recommendation would be to include a pop-up outdoor trash can, but that’s a very minor suggestion in what was otherwise a perfect rental experience. We would absolutely rent from Aleen again and highly recommend them!
