- Excessive dirtiness or wear and non-normal wear-and-tear may be charged additionally.
- Delivery to your location and setup are considered mandatory unless otherwise agreed upon.
- You should plan at least 1 hour each for pickup and delivery activities. You are responsible for scheduling and paying for all campground and camping fees, including any early or late departure fees.
- Empty and refill of tanks and fuels after initial delivery is not included, unless purchased additionally.
- I do everything I can to keep the trailer well-maintained and safe, and I provide basic personal and fire safety equipment for use in an emergency. Please notify me if you use anything so it can be replaced.
- Setup trailer is provided as-is with no warranties or guaranties expressed or implied to the extent permitted by local law.
- Mileage charges are measured from a gas station nearest the Salt Lake county line en route to the destination. If the round-trip distance is 125 miles or less, no additional charges are incurred. Otherwise gas charges are calculated as the total cost to refuel on return minus $50 mileage credit.
