We had a wonderful experience. As first time van users there was a learning curve, but that was on us! Read what they send you, and be sure to download the manual in case you’re out of cell phone reception. This van is comfortable and worked great for our family if 4! Don’t forget to drive it every day so the battery recharges. The fridge didn’t work on our stay and the host was very accommodating in this regard.

The van was perfect. The videos and manual contained all the information we needed. Any questions we had were promptly answered. I would highly recommend!

The set up was perfect for our family of 4. Everything we needed for our Grand Teton and Yellowstone trip. Communication and support is great. Pickup and drop off are super easy. Perfect home away from home (on wheels).

The trip with the Sprinter was absolutely amazing. The vehicle was fully equipped, and we didn’t miss anything. There was plenty of space in the trunk, and we were able to fit all of our bags and a lot of climbing gear. The communication was very friendly and accommodating. We would book the van again anytime.
