5I highly recommend this RV. Our original booking was canceled early in the morning of our trip, but Andrew kindly replied right away and offered his RV that same day. He also shared helpful videos, which made us feel confident using it. The RV was well-equipped and very comfortable—our whole family, including the kids, had a wonderful trip. The backup camera made driving easier, and although the propane was nearly empty at pickup, Andrew reimbursed us for the refill. The generator didn’t work at one point, but we believe that was simply due to the propane shortage. Throughout the trip, Andrew always responded quickly to our questions. We also added the unlimited WiFi router ($100), which worked well in Grand Teton and at many key spots in Yellowstone. As Andrew explained from the start, the interior cleaning fee was waived since we thoroughly cleaned the inside before returning, while we paid $100 for the exterior cleaning. After returning the RV, there was a concern about the awning, which we hadn’t realized was our responsibility, but Andrew was able to fix it without charging us extra. We truly appreciate Andrew’s honesty and the way he handled everything. Overall, Andrew’s quick communication and sincere support made our first RV trip a great experience. Thank you so much, Andrew!

1We booked this RV based on the listing which stated it was "Brand New." However, the actual condition of the RV was completely different from what was advertised and caused a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Here are the major issues we encountered: Interior Condition: The RV was extremely dirty inside and in poor condition. The lining was stained and unclean, and the cooking pans were so dirty that they were unusable. We had to purchase new linens and utensils ourselves. Generator Not Working: The RV generator did not work at all during our trip, which severely disrupted our holiday. Without a functioning generator, we couldn’t use basic amenities when hookups weren’t available. Propane Cylinder Empty: The propane tank was completely empty upon pickup, which should not happen—it should have been filled and ready for use. Tires and Structural Damage: One of the RV tires appeared weak and unsafe, possibly needing replacement. In addition, one of the side wings was already broken when we received the RV. Exterior Condition: The RV was also very dirty on the outside, and the side window made excessive noise while driving, which made the ride uncomfortable. Overall, this RV was not brand new as listed. It was delivered in unacceptable condition, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The misleading listing and poor maintenance led to significant inconvenience, unexpected expenses, and a wasted holiday. Please see attached photos for reference. We request a full explanation and appropriate compensation for the condition of the RV and the negative impact it had on our trip.

Gracias!

5Best RV trip! If you want to rent a RV and have a great experience, choose this :) The host Andy is very responsive and the tutorial videos he provided are very helpful. The communication back and forth was smooth and Andy is a very warmhearted host helped us with all the questions step by step. Everything on the RV works well - hot water, fully equipped kitchen, two full size queen beds fit four of us every night sound and safe. We drove the RV all the way up to the north stopped by Grand Teton and Yellowstone, the stunning views in these two national parks are spectacular, it’s a wonderful trip full of good memories. We also met Andy’s wife, she’s so sweet and gave us a quick pick up go through when our trip begins. The drop off time is very flexible too, we did the late drop off, Andy is very considerate and good to cope with our time. 10/10 recommended
