This was our first yet not the last, RV rental road trip experience for my husband and I. David was always available, kind, caring and very accommodating for our beginners needs. David was great - from the "how to" walk through beforehand, to responding to our questions from the road as first-time RVers, to graciously accommodating special health needs for our family. The RV was sparkling clean and disinfected. Little touches like towels included at no additional charge. These owners do not nickel and dime the add-ons, were extremely available for communication, and thoroughly reviewed the operations, buttons, safety features, etc.! Also, they were just super nice people!
