Super Nova is the perfect RV for a family trip on the road. The Esteem is a high-end model made by Entegra Coach, a brand known for quality. It has comfort and luxury features that exceed many hotel accommodations.Please note, for the 2025 season we limit the round-trip travel distance to 1,500 miles to avoid premature warranty expiration. However, if you book a shorter-distance trip, we offer discounts on the nightly rate based on travel distance for < 1,000 miles, < 500 miles, and < 100 miles. Please contact us for details.The Esteem 27U is designed for couples or families who want a comfortable base camp when adventuring away from home. The roomy interior is very functional and has seating conducive to socializing. Plenty of windows provide a great view and optional natural ventilation. The seating consists of a fold-down sofa, and a large dinette (convertible into sleeping space). There is abundant interior storage space throughout the unit.Super Nova has a built-in auto-leveling system. If your campsite is already close to level, with the push of a button it will perfect the leveling. Often in less than 60 seconds.The RV king bed is comfortable and has reading lights. The bed is easily accessible without a large step up or having to crawl over or around your sleeping partner. A large bunk is in the overhang above the cab. It has a full-sized mattress and supports up to 650 pounds. The bunk can easily hold three children or two adults. The bunk has a privacy curtain, lights, and power outlets. The dinette and couch can be turned into additional sleeping areas.The kitchen area includes a compressor-based 12V 10 cubic-foot refrigerator. There is also a microwave, a 3-burner stove, and plenty of counter space. It is stocked with a coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. A kitchen tool kit includes measuring cups & spoons, a basting spoon, a slotted spoon, a turner, a spatula, steak knives, a can opener, a peeler, and a variety of utility knives. This RV also has an external TV.The insulation makes it cost-efficient and easy to keep the interior temperature comfortable in warm and cold weather. Two AC units use a power coordination system to operate in tandem on 30 amp electrical service. The 190-watt solar panel, dual batteries, onboard generator, and water tanks make boondocking practical. Super Nova has heated water tanks, which makes camping in colder weather an option.Bed Cloths

* Owner provides information on RV operation at time of pickup and will provide manuals for operation of systems, features and appliances. The renter is responsible to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper operation of any of the systems, features or appliances may result in damage and renter will be liable for repair cost.
* Late pickup/return fee will apply if more than 1 hour late for mutually agreed time.
* Dump fee will be applied if any tank is not empty at the time of return.
* The campsite setup/breakdown addon can only be used in conjunction with the delivery option.
* Dump fees are waived when using the delivery option AND selecting the campsite setup/breakdown addon.
* Be aware of height restrictions of tunnels, etc. during RV transport.
* No climbing on the roof! Exception: clear debris from the slide-out.
* Only use the gas mixture provided for the Predator inverter generator addon.
* Ensure RV doors are locked when leaving the RV unattended and during transport.
Awnings / Slide-outs
* Ensure plenty of space for awning and/or slide-out extension.
* Retract awning during heavy rain, at night high wind, and when not present at the campsite.
* Do not make any adjustments to the awning arms/supports.
* When provided, renter must put in place slide-out support jacks.
Smoking / Drug Use
* Absolutely no smoking or drug use inside the RV. Evidence of violation will result in holding your full deposit until the RV is professional cleaned. Professional cleaning cost will be deducted from the deposit before releasing it.
* Avoid smoking and open flames near the propane tanks or external propane connections.
Pets
* Pets allowed only if indicated in the RV listing and pre-approved by the owner.
* When allowed, renter must declare pets at or before time of booking.
* Allowed pets are dogs and/or cats ONLY; maximum = 2; BYO pens and/or litter box.
* Pets must be kept in a pen/crate while sleeping or when unsupervised inside the RV.

For many, it does not make sense to incur the cost of owning an RV. Especially if they only have time to use it a few weeks each year. My goal is to facilitate camping for as many people as possible.
