This is a brand new Coleman Lantern 21 foot (from hitch to bumper) trailer. It sleeps 4 people. 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. It's a lightweight model and can be towed with a crossover SUV. I tow with a Chevy Trailblazer. Includes a queen bed, a U-shaped dinette that makes into a double bed, a kitchen with microwave and under counter refrigerator. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Lots of cabinet and storage space. Also includes A/C and an awning. There isn't a stove but a toaster oven is included.Basic dishes, utensils and cookware will be included. Also included is a smaller TV/DVD combo. If you would like tents, I have two I can throw in at additional costs. I also have a queen blow up mattress, an air pump, camp stove, lawn chairs and a solar panel for additional costs.Don't have a hitch with 2-5/16 inch ball or sway bars? You can rent mine. This trailer takes the newer style of sway bars. Not the kind where you needed chains to hook it up.Bring your own linens, sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc. Toilet Paper, Paper towels and basic cleaning supplies will be provided.The bathroom is very small and the shower isn't very tall. I'm 5'5" and it's just tall enough for me. There is a sky light in the shower which gives you a little more head room plus it makes it nice and bright in the bathroom. The bathroom should be used as a secondary bathroom. It would be best to use campground restrooms/showers, if you have the choice.You may bring your small to medium sized dog but please keep them off the bed and dinette.
