This RV has some bells and whistles so prefer someone with at least some previous RV experience or common sense.We take pride in providing you with this outstanding RV for responsible adults by providing a safe, clean, fully stocked, hassle free experience. Just bring clothes and food!Features:-Inverter that allows you to watch TV without generator or being plugged in
-Automatic Leveling Jacks
-Full length slide for grand space. Know that while traveling you can still access back bedroom through pass-through bathroom.
-Bunk Beds with 27“TV/DVD Player
-Exterior Speakers
-Refrigerator runs off propane and electricityDid we mention this also includes:
- All linens, blankets and pillows, towels and wash cloths
-We even supply the TP...HA.
Kitchen includes utensils, bowls, cups, plates, pots/pans, wine opener, spices, hand towels, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker.Chairs, outside folding table and cooler...AT NO Extra Charge.
-Grill, 6-piece utensil kit****Note: We include grill foil. Hate to have to say this but If you decide not to use it, I will charge $75.00 to clean it**Out of town guests flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport? We are approx. 12 miles away so let us know ahead of time and we may be able to pick you up in the RV at no extra charge! {schedule permitting}. **We do ask that you get a ride back to the airport after your trip**We stock cleaning supplies. We do all laundry10% discount for Public Safety, Military, and Teachers for all rentals 5 Days+. Must mention at time of booking!FYI.....This is a 30 amp to help you when booking your campsite. If site only offers 50 amp, I have a 50/30 pigtail.Qué incluyeFully stocked kitchen, bedding, bathroom. We would like other responsible adults to create some of their own amazing memories. We spend a lot of time dry camping up on the Rim and enjoying the beaches in San Diego. One of our favorite trips was taking extended family on a sightseeing tour of Arizona. They freaked out when we got to Woods Canyon, they thought the whole state was a desert!
