What's the shower situation like?
A.
Rustic! The shower is an outdoor, on-demand water heater + showerhead. We'll include a catch basin for you to stand in, keep your feet clean, and catch your graywater. We have a 6gl graywater tote + funnel that you can use if you don't have a drain nearby at your campsite.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick-ups are 11am on the first day of your rental, drop-offs are at 6pm on the last day. We will try to accommodate small changes in pickup and drop off times within a couple hours of our scheduled times. Beyond that we'll ask that you purchase the Flex Scheduling Add-on.

What kind of hook-ups does the van have?
A.
This van conversion doesn't have hook-ups. We'll include a catch basin for your shower + sink water, which you can use to drain into a campsite / hook-up drain. We have a 6gl graywater tote + funnel that you can use if you don't have a drain nearby at your campsite. You're responsible for your own poop. This van doesn't have a black water tank. Don't use the commode for pooping.

Can I take your van to Burning Man? I'll take good care of it and wash it super thoroughly before I return it!
A.
No. The Black Rock Desert is extremely damaging to metal, rubber, and electronics. You may not take this van to Burning Man, 4th of Juplaya, or to the Black Rock Desert for any other reason. Sorry. There are many other lovely regional Burning Man events and other festivals that we could point you towards instead, where you could absolutely take our van. Ask us!
