Thanks and happy camping!Van sleeps up to 4. Two below and two in the PopTop. Both beds are approximately full sized. They are very comfortable.The van is stocked with basic camping gear. Renters are responsible for providing all sleeping necessities.Seat belts - yes the van has seat belts and head rests in the rear bench seat, 3 of them. Restraints include one passenger side shoulder, one middle lap, and one driver side three point. Yes, you can use a car seat. No, it does not have a latching system for car seats, but does have a tether harness clip for forward facing seats. It is modern and safe.Qué incluyeIncluded in van:

We had such an incredible trip. Surprised how effortlessly our family of 4 (14 y/o and 10 y/o kids) packed into this van for two weeks. The build out is our favorite we’ve come across. Christopher was outstanding in his communication and explanation of the van’s features. A great experience!

Chris and his lovely spouse were an absolute delight to work with - and the rig was fantastic and fun - had a great night sleep - easy to maneuver and turned heads wherever we went - we felt like rock stars! Inspired us to build our own - thanks again!

Sweet ride! The van is amazing - it's super nice and has all kinds of little pockets and shelves where you need them, enough space for our family of 4 with the outside awning. Everything worked great, it made for an outstanding week away. The owners are also fabulous and it was all super easy!

Q.What are the seatbelts for the rear bench seat?

Yes all three spots have a seatbelt. One shoulder belt. One lap belt. One three point harness. Car seats can safely be installed.
Q.Can I go to Burning Man festival?
A.
No. Sorry. This is not available for the Black Rock Desert.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
The timing of picking up and returning are somewhat flexible. Please communicate what you are hoping and we will try to make it work.
