Exceptional communication and support
Jim consistently provided quick answers, accommodated schedules for pick-up/drop-off, and thoughtfully equipped the van with all necessary supplies, making the experience seamless and easy to work with.
Exceptionally well-equipped for camping
The van is praised for its top-notch camping gear, including cooking supplies, chairs, and comfortable, clean bedding. The roof nest is cozy even in 30° weather and provided a great "tree house" experience for kids.

5.0Jim was on top of the communication. He was quick with answers and problem solving when needed. He has the van so well equipped with gear for camping. The cooking gear was top notch and the collapsible table was a cherry on top. He has thought through the other accessories too: chairs, beach blanket, perfectly comfortable and clean bedding. We set up camp and moved every day for a week exploring the Olympics and Mt Ranier without issue. I will say the only thing I’d love to see is ladder to the roof nest that is hooked or attached someway. The ladder never slipped on us, it’s just the peace of mind I’d like. It was my husband and our 3 children (ages 4-9) and that roof nest was cozy down to 30° easily. Great van! We’d use Jim again anytime.

5.0Van was as described and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy. We had the camper dropped off and picked up for us and Jim accommodated our schedule without issues. Would rent from again if we are out that way.
