Nice condition. Older but everything works. sleeps 6. 2 single beds in back. Cab over bed sleeps too comfortably the dining table does turn into a bed keep in mind that it's short a 6-foot person would not be comfortable here.Dining table. New awning. Chairs, cooking utensils, pots, pans included in rental. Also bedding towels etc. Keep in mind I use this RV myself so there is miscellaneous toiletries food spices games and Things please don't remove anything from the RV and if you use it try to replace it. Outdoorsy gave me $75,000 in comp and collision this does not include a liability policy I will need to be named as a second insured on your policy before you leave with the motorhome
