Lightweight 2017 Travel Popup

Due to repeated equipment failures; battery box lid broke, 2 tires exploded/went flat, both rear lights failed, stabelizer jacke were hard to operate, water hose did not have a pressure adapter, so we could not use the onboard sink, the hanging interior light never worked when plugged in to "shore" power outlets, the awning was becoming detached from the rv, so we could not use it, the right side guide/safety cable came off it's track resulting in 2 broken restraining straps. The problems I just described, especially the unsafe tires and the tail lights failing exposed us to dangerous, time consuming, and illegal dlays plus unreasonable added expenses. It basically robbed us of 3 days out our vacation and forced us to rent 4 high priced hotel rooms when we Could Not sleep in the RV trailer! Kevin, at first, was friendly and helpful. But whe we began to have problems with his trailer (due to sub standard old tires, faulty wiring, etc) he began to distance himself from us, suggesting we contact Outdoorsy Customer Support (who responded that we shoul contact him) When it became unsafe to tow his trailer at normal highway speeds, suggested parking it at a secure location so he could come get it, he stonwalled, reminding us that the Outdoorsy policy reqired us to return the trailer to his house or risk being liable for the entire price of his trailer. When I agreeded to return his trailer, I asked him to meet with me and discuss an equitable solution, he refused. Instead, he claimed he "would not be available" and instructed me to place the keys under his door mat. On Friday, October 17, I returned the trailer to his house in Seguin, TX. Even though his car was in the driveway, he made no effort to receive the keys. After parking thee trailer in a safe position, uncoupling his trailer from my truc, checking to make sure the door was locked, securing all ofthe latches on the trailer, and chocking both the wheels; I placed the keys under the mat in front of his main entry door (per Kevin's instructions Rev Daniel P Fleischmmann

Just what we needed for our family trip to Florida!

We had great trip to Garner State park with this pop-up. We needed a simple pop-up that provided a comfy place to sleep at night and this did the trick! It actually fit our whole family of 6 comfortably and while we brought our own sheets and supplies they actually had most anything you could need already packed in it had we not brought our own. We weren’t prepared for how cold it was going to be at night but they actually had 2 portable heaters provided that saved us from freezing the 2nd night. Pick up and return was easy and the owners were easy to contact and responded quickly. We’d definitely rent from them again!
