We are only a 30 minute drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley and The Great Smoky Mountains!New and beautiful 26 foot camper! Still has the NEW smell! Sleeps 7 adults. Leave the heavy lifting to us! We deliver and set up the camper so all you have to do is show up.About THE RVBedroom has privacy door and queen bed. Towards the back has are two full size bunks.Fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, silverware, cookware, bakeware, single cup coffee pot, stove top, small oven, microwave, and refrigerator with small freezer. Large open living rm with an amazon firestick ready 39” TV, PS2 with a few games, a full size pull out couch and dinette.Rv also features outdoor stereo, LED lit awning, outside kitchen and mini fridge.RV Rules:
No smoking/vaping in the unit. No roof access. Evidence of any of these three items will result in loss of full security deposit. No exceptions.We allow 1 large dog or 2 small dogs please make sure dog is crated if left alone in the RV. This is a new environment for them and they might mess up if left alone uncrated. (Keep in mind it can get hot in the RV so please leave AC on or weather providing windows open) pets must be house trained.Event camping is subject to higher nightly rates and damage deposit.
