No smoking or drug use is allowed in Hurley - your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $200 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages.Pet cleaning penalty - No pets allowed - If there is a urine or feces smell or pet hair, this will be assessed out of your Security Deposit - Fee $400Prep 'n' Sanitize Fee - $100 required, to be removed from security deposit upon return.Messy Penalty Fee - If Hurley is excessively dirty, a fee will be withdrawn from your security deposit.Lost Key Fee - If you lose Hurley's key(s), $200 per key will be assessed upon return.Late Return Fee - $50 fee - If you bring Hurley back after 3PM, a fee will be withdrawn from your security deposit.Late Pick up Fee - $50 fee - If you pickup Hurley after 6PM, a fee will be withdrawn from your security deposit.Darkness Return - $100 fee - If you bring Hurley back in the dark or drop off keys without authorization, a fee will be withdrawn from your security deposit.Departure Requirement - Paperwork and walk-around will be completed at departure and upon return.Dump Penalty - $200 fee - If you bring back without dumping and flushing twice, a fee will be withdrawn from your Security deposit.You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds. Hours of Operation
Pick up is from 10AM until 6PM - at 6:01 you are considered late and may incur a late fee. Returns are due from 8AM to 3PM - at 3:01 you are considered late and may incur a late fee. Delivery is from 12PM until 3PM and the renter must be present at time of delivery.
No smoking or drug use is allowed in Hurley - your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $200 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages.
Pet cleaning penalty - No pets allowed - If there is a urine or feces smell or pet hair, this will be assessed out of your Security Deposit - Fee $400
Prep 'n' Sanitize Fee - $100 required
Messy Penalty Fee - If Hurley is excessively dirty, a fee will be withdrawn from your security deposit.
Late Return Fee - $50 fee - If you bring Hurley back after 3PM, a fee will be withdrawn from your security deposit.
Late Pick up Fee - $50 fee - If you pickup Hurley after 6PM, a fee will be withdrawn from your security deposit.
Darkness Return - $100 fee - If you bring Hurley back in the dark or drop off keys without authorization, a fee will be withdrawn from your security deposit.
Departure Requirement - Paperwork and walk-around will be completed at departure and upon return.
Dump Penalty - $200 fee - If you bring back without dumping and flushing twice, a fee will be withdrawn from your Security deposit.
You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after rental return, late fees and admin fees have compounded.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
