I’ve decide to go ahead and let others do the same and enjoy the world of camping in this luxurious camper. I am a local fireman and do not get to use the camper as often as I want. 5 day notice ensures availability of the unit along with setting up time for transportation and set up.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

All hook ups will be set up upon delivery by the owner. Will show how to dump tanks for the long term stays if it is needed.
