This beautiful pull behind toy hauler sleeps 6. The main bedroom is private with a queen-sized bed. The 10 ft garage boasts 2 motorized sofas that convert to a full-sized bed for additional sleeping quarters that raises to the ceiling to provide more room for the toys! There are two recliners in the main cabin that also support sleeping. One slide provides exceptional space in the living area with 2 cozy built-in recliners.
Outdoor 20-Gallon fuel station available, unleaded fuel only (Not provided). Outdoor house station with both hot and cold water to provide added convenience for an unbeatable vacation experience.
This unit is equipped with an onboard generator and solar power.
The entertainment system includes both indoor and outdoor speakers, as well as a built-in stereo and wall-mounted TV.
The kitchen includes pots/pans and cooking utensils.
Camper is pet friendly with a $30 per pet non-refundable fee. Absolutely no smoking of any kind will be permitted. Violations will result in an immediate loss of deposit.
Camper has a Cleaning/Prep fee that covers sanitation (Follows CDC cleaning guidelines) and replenishing of items such as but not limited to toilet paper, paper towels, soap, & bathroom towels.
Safety is my top priority which means the tow vehicle must be equipped with a working brake controller (Not provided) and meet or exceed the required towing capacity to safely tow this trailer. 250/2500 (3/4 ton) minimum truck is recommended but newer 150/1500 (1/2) trucks may be approved depending on configuration and max towing ratings.
