• Camper Rules & Guidelines We want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable trip. This is a well-kept vintage camper, and clean units like this are becoming harder to find, so we truly appreciate you treating it with care and respect. Black Tank Care Only the RV toilet paper provided may be used. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any other materials. Improper use of the black tank system can cause damage and WILL result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Parking Guidelines Please do not park the camper directly under trees. Parking near trees is perfectly fine, but there should be enough distance to avoid contact with branches that could damage the roof or exterior. ( A roof tear will total this camper and we do not want that!) Towing Requirements If you plan to tow the camper, your vehicle must be properly rated for its weight. Renters are responsible for ensuring their vehicle has the appropriate towing capacity. You must provide your own compatible hitch and towing equipment. Your booking will be denied if you cannot provide the proper equipment to safely tow this rig! Electrical Use Do not plug the camper into a standard household extension cord. If you are using electrical hookups, a surge protector is required at all times to protect the camper’s electrical system. General Care Please return the camper in the same clean condition it was received. If anything is not working properly or if damage occurs during your trip, let us know as soon as possible so we can help address it quickly. Please make sure to wash your dishes and strip your sheets before return! If you plan to tow further than 100 miles please reach out for approval first! We take pride in keeping this camper in excellent condition and appreciate your help in maintaining it for future guests.
