This spacious, yet cozy, travel trailer has room to sleep 10 guests in comfort and style with lots of features and amenities:*Heated and Cooled Throughout - TWO air conditioners and a gas furnace will keep you comfortable year-round. An electric space heater is also provided for your use.* Queen Bedroom -- Private, enclosed bedroom behind its own door, with 2 closets, as well as ample storage for luggage or other items under the bed. Windows with mini-blinds provide a lot of natural lighting and allow you to take in the views from the comfort of your own bed.* Private Bathroom - Adjacent to the bedroom is a private bathroom with flush toilet, wide shower, vanity and mirrored medicine cabinet.*Private Bunkhouse - Contains a private bunkhouse, with its own slide-out and 2 bunks, as well as a futon that folds out to sleep 2. There is also storage for luggage and other items. The bunkhouse has its own door and air conditioner for privacy and comfort.*Living Area - Contains a comfy sofa that folds out to sleep 2 guests, as well as a 32-inch LED television for your entertainment, built in speakers and sound system (radio + CD + MP3). Cordless shades provide lots of lighting, if desired. The RV is prewired for cable and satellite throughout and even has a built-in exterior antenna.*Indoor Kitchen - The large kitchen area includes a gas oven with four burners, plus full-size Whirlpool fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, and toaster oven. An island with dual-basin sink provides food prep space. Multiple cabinets will provide space for food, pots and pans and other items.*Dining Booth - A convertible booth provides you with space for four to eat, and the table can be removed to create a sleeping area for 2 additional guests.*Outdoor Kitchen - You also get an outdoor kitchen with its own mini-fridge, sink, cabinets and food prep area. Next to the kitchen is a fold-out gas grill for a complete outdoor cooking experience.* Other Goodies - Outdoor TV and electrical connections, as well as extendable awning, make outdoor entertaining easy and fun. An outdoor shower also makes cleaning up mud, sand and dirt a snap.Note ON Towing
-----------------------* Please note the travel trailer weighs 8,010 pounds unloaded, and you will need a vehicle capable of pulling this plus any other items you bring along with you. I can provide you with a sway-control hitch and brake controller for a Dodge truck, if you don't have those items.If you have any questions about your vehicle's capacity to tow the travel trailer, please check with your vehicle manufacturer or other "trusted" expert. I am unable to answer those types of questions for you. The bottom line is the Renter is responsible for safe towing and any accidents caused.* Towing and set-up of the RV is available on a Limited basis, depending on your schedule and destination. Towing and set-up will add approximately $300 to the total charge, and rentals must be booked for at least two weeks to be eligible. Please contact me for details.
