Teddy’s runs on gas and is super easy and comfortable to drive. There is a rear-view camera that can stay on while you are driving, giving you more comfort in seeing what is directly behind you. Another huge improvement to any trip- power hydraulic leveling jacks and power awning!
Teddy’s is outfitted with lots of comforts of home:
• SleepNumber master bed
• Newly upholstered seating areas and top bunk
• Unique “room” that the bunk area converts in to
• Upgraded shower head
• 3 indoor TVs and 1 Outdoor TV. All with DVD capability.
• Upgraded digital TV antennae (no cranking!), cable TV receptacle
• Keurig coffee pot with pods
• Camp friendly dishes, utensils and pots/pans
• Hotel grade bedding
• Hotel grade towels
• Small dog bed and Teddy’s travel friendly dishes
• Large outdoor rug (11x20)
• Picnic table cover
• Thermacell Patio Shield/Mosquito repellant
• Traeger Scout grill/smoker
• BBQ table and tools
• *For an additional fee a 2 burner Camp Chef camp stove (and tank) can be added (weighs 40 lbs).
In these Covid times- if you would like to bring your own kitchen items, bedding, towels etc. just let us know and we can leave out those items.
We want you to be completely comfortable knowing you are staying in a clean and sanitized motorhome. Teddy’s is thoroughly cleaned (including all accessories and all linens taken out and washed in sanitizer mode) and then given an Ozone treatment to kill any lurking germs, bacteria or viruses that may be out of our reach.
Otros detalles importantesWe have required commercial insurance outside of this platform to keep your costs low. It costs $31/day, optional additional SLI for $14.95 and roadside assistance for $15/day.

Teddy's Bunkhouse is our family business and as such has many people counting on him to keep working hard and keeping his temporary travel families happy! So we ask that you use the rig as you would your own. Please be gentle and kind! Here are a few specifics that we want to be sure we are all on the same page about:
Master Bed: NO JUMPING ALLOWED. This is a high end mattress in order to allow us all to have an awesome nights sleep, please do not let your littles (or furry Littles) jump on the bed. While the slides are closed be sure that it is deflated to level 10 or less.
Awning: If its windy please do not open it up. This is an awesome feature, but it is not made for use in any wind.
Traeger: Anything involving fire, can equal fire! Please do not leave it unattended. Please know that filling the griddle with bacon WILL cause a huge flare up (trust us ;)). Make sure it is not operated underneath the awning.
Power Slides: Be sure you have engaged the power leveler jacks prior to extending slides. Coach MUST BE level in order to use slides.
Power Leveler Jacks: These are not designed to hold full coach weight, only stabilize. Be sure to always keep all 4 tires on the ground! Be sure to place the "feet" under each foot.
Rooftop: DO NOT ENTER. No need to plus it's dangerous.
Delivery/Pickup Time: 4:00, or other mutually agreeable time. $20 per hour fee for passing this time.
Return Time: 4:00, or other mutually agreeable time. $20 per hour fee for passing this time.
Cleaning Fee: You're on vacation! Our fee is set to cover normal and customary cleaning, any thing above and beyond a reasonable level will be assessed an additional fee. So just think about how you would leave any other friend's guest house... THANK YOU!
Tanks upon return: Gas should be filled (or charged at local rates plus $20 fee), Black and gray tanks should be empty (or charged a $150 fee), don't worry about the propane we will cover that tank. However, any additional propane needed du
