Fuel Policy - Diesel only - Return with the same fuel level as pickup - Refuel immediately before drop-off - Fuel level will be documented with photos - Shortage will result in refueling cost plus service fee Cleaning Policy - RV must be returned in reasonably clean condition - Excessive cleaning (trash, spills, stains, odors) will result in additional cleaning fees. Waste Tanks (Black & Gray) - Must be returned empty. - If not emptied, a dumping fee will apply Propane - Must be returned at the same level as pickup or refilled. No Smoking / No Vaping - Strictly prohibited inside the RV. - Violation results in deep cleaning fee Pets - Allowed - Additional cleaning fees apply if excessive hair, odor, or damage is found Awning & Slide-outs - Do not leave awning open unattended or in wind. - Damage to awning is renter responsibility Climbing on Roof - Not allowed under any circumstances Late Returns - Late return without approval will result in additional daily rental charges. Tolls, Tickets & Violations - Renter responsible for all tolls, tickets, parking violations, and fines incurred during rental. Security Deposit - Any damages, missing items, or rule violations may be deducted Breakdowns / Issues - Contact host immediately. Do not attempt repairs without approval. Usage Restrictions - No off-roading, festivals, tailgating, or unauthorized events unless pre-approved Driver Requirements - Only approved drivers listed on reservation may operate the RV
