5.0Our Renter Julio Was very nice to work with, he gave us a complete briefing of the RV on how to properly use it, I had to call him multiple times to ask a few questions but we where able to manage everything well. The RV has a couple of small details that needed repair like the Rear ladder but he explained to us that they are already taking care of it. Also has some minor inside scratches but nothing that with give us problems on our rental. We are really happy with our first time RV Experience, We would do it again soon.

1.0We picked up this RV in Simi Valley, not Burbank at the request of Julio. He did not clean the RV or empty the black OR grey water tanks before we arrived. The RV had been to EDC the week prior and was covered in glitter, dirt and hair. I found someone’s false eyelashes in the mattress. There was leftover food in the cabinets and stains on everything and what looked like black mold in between the seats. The vinyl is ripping on the seats and walls and there is a huge burn mark on the table that caused the plastic to peel up and become sharp. The black water tank was not at 1/8 full like he claimed but brimming on overflowing. It made our campsite stink so horribly that surrounding neighbors were complaining. The engine makes a horrible screeching noise while you’re driving and when it overheated on the freeway on the way home Julio was completely unreachable. I have attached realistic photos of this RV as the ones online are completely inaccurate. We are working with Outdoorsy to receive a refund as this RV ruined our much anticipated vacation.
