Josh was excellent to work with. Responded quickly to messages. We used the RV over the Christmas holidays. It was -10 to -15 out and we were warm and cozy in the camper. The grandkids had a great time!

Rules and policies
• Because this rig is larger than our other 21ft motorhome we are renting, we ask that the person that will be driving the rig have some experience with driving larger trucks, trucks with trailers, busses, cube vans, or the like. • Turns must be made wider, and special attention especially for tail swing at gas stations and backing up into parking spots/ campsites. • We ask that the built-in back-up camera, as well as a spotter be used always when backing up. • A smart way to use a spotter is with a phone call and the phone on speaker so that the driver can hear the spotter better at all times. • Our rig may be rented to take down south in the winter months, but we ask that the renter communicate this with us before booking, and provide us with your itinerary. • In winter months the propane furnace must always be on, and set to at least 65 degrees F to make sure the water tanks are heated and the water lines do not freeze and burst. This includes weather you are sleeping in the rig or not, the propane furnace must be on at all times when rig is not winterized, and temperature is below freezing. • The heat strip must not be used on shore power below freezing as it does not pump any heat to the water tanks to prevent freezing. The heat strip built into rooftop AC must only be used on shore pawer on mild days in the shoulder seasons. For example a plus 5-10 degrees Celsius day in October or April.
  • Tailgating friendly
  • Not pet friendly
  • No music festivals
  • No smoking

Hi, I’m Josh! My wife and I are raising our two daughters with a love for adventure, nature, and road trips. We’ve traveled around Ontario, and as far as the Florida Keys in our family motorhome, and now we’re excited to share that experience with others! I’m a hands-on owner who keeps the RV well-maintained, clean, and family-friendly. Constantly improving and updating fun and functional features. I’m always available to help guests feel confident and comfortable before and during their trip, whether it’s your first time renting or you’re a seasoned RVer.
