The Heartland Trail Runner 251BH — (30 ft, Sleeps 8)The Trail Runner 251BH is built for families who need room to spread out. At roughly 30 feet, this bunkhouse floorplan comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, with a dedicated bunk area for the kids and a private front bedroom for the adults. It's a versatile, family-friendly unit that works just as well for a week at the campsite as it does for a game-day weekend, offering plenty of sleeping space and a comfortable common area for meals and downtime.Auburn Camper Rentals takes the hassle out of packing by providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Your rental includes a full selection of kitchenware and a coffee pot. We outfit all beds with fresh, high-quality linens and supply a generous complement of bathroom linens. For your immediate needs, we also stock the Trail Runner with 4 rolls of RV-safe toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels, so you have everything you need from the moment you arrive.All campers will come with the recommended amount of propane tanks that are full for that camper. Extra propane tanks can be provided for generators and extended stays upon request. The cost for all propane is $1.25 per pound and will equal to $25 per 20lb tank. This fee will be charged at the conclusion of the rental.Added Options & Add-Ons:

RULES OF THE ROAD — AUBURN CAMPER RENTALS
Return the camper clean, on time, smoke-free, and FULL of fuel
if motorized. You do NOT need to dump tanks — that's in your Prep Fee. Retract
the awning whenever you leave the site or weather turns.
PROHIBITED: illegal use, business/residency, towing behind the unit, leaving the
continental US, off-road/trails (gravel sites OK), music festivals (unless
pre-approved), and use by anyone who isn't an Authorized Driver (25+, verified).
ROOF: no climbing on the roof, ever. Violation = $500 + roof seal inspection.
SMOKING: none inside (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). Violation = $250 + cleaning.
PETS: 2 dogs max, pre-approved. No cats/exotics. $50 pet fee; unreported = $150.
EQUIPMENT: Generator 4 hrs/day incl, then $4/hr. Mileage (motorized) 100 mi/day
incl, then $0.45/mi. Generator fuel PREMIUM ONLY. Awning: retract in wind/rain or
when away — you're 100% liable for awning damage ($1,500+). Tires: you cover road
hazards (nails, curbs, low-pressure blowouts); we cover age/dry-rot blowouts.
EMERGENCIES: breakdown — call the Roadside provider in your Booking, then us.
Repairs up to $200 OK (keep receipts); over $200 needs our approval. Any accident
with another vehicle/property requires a POLICE REPORT or insurance may be voided.
Refundable $500 security deposit; it's not a cap on your liability.

I've loved it ever since I was in the scouts as a child. We bought a camper in 2022 and have been hooked ever since. We decided to rent out our camper to help pay for the note on it and it was a HIT!
