The host was exceptionally easy to communicate with. Very pleasant and accommodating, very very clean RV. Everything was functional as we had no problems or complaints at all.

While Devin himself is an extremely nice man, I paid extra for setup and it was done poorly. The trailer was not level, which caused several issues including the shower door not closing, the toilet spraying into the bathroom, and the shower leaking onto the floor. Several aspects of setup were not done correctly resulting in sewer flies coming up into the trailer when we flushed, the sewer hose disconnecting outside, the black tank was not dumped prior to our arrival so we had the poop of the previous renters in there, he had no hose so I had to borrow my brother’s to hook up to the water, and the outdoor fridge was not cleaned. The bed has the plastic cover on it, which you hear every time you move, along with broken hinges under the bed that make terrible noises at every roll-over, and the sliding door to the “bedroom” was not connected so when we unlocked it, it fell on us. Devin did come back to re-level the trailer which fixed a few problems, but the shower then started filling up from the drain throughout the night. Let’s just say there were a LOT of tears as a Mom on a trip with her two kids who paid extra for things to be done that I don’t know how to do. The trailer itself is nice. The air fryer oven is nice, having outdoor access to a fridge and sink is helpful, and the AC was great in 100 degree heat.
