5.0This is actually our first time renting a trailer with Outdoorsy and the first time having someone deliver and set up the trailer for us. We had great communication with Garret before our trip and also after to make sure everything was OK. Garret was very easy to work with and he and his wife had the trailer set up so well. I am a little bit of a cleanliness nut and everything was very clean and I had no problem using their pots and pans and utensils and sleeping on and using their pillows, sheets, and towels. We have camped a lot. but this set up was so easy that even a novice camper would have no problem.
