DO:
✅ Treat the van like your own—drive carefully, park level, and secure everything before hitting the road.
✅ Use regular unleaded gas and check height clearance for bridges or trees.
✅ Review how to use water, power, propane, and dump systems before leaving.
✅ Empty both gray and black tanks at approved dump sites before return to avoid fees.
✅ Use only RV-safe toilet paper (we’ve stocked you).
✅ Keep the van clean—wipe counters, sweep floors, and tidy up before drop-off.
✅ Contact your Adventure Team if anything seems off—we’re here to help.
✅ Enjoy the ride! Take time to unplug, explore, and make memories.
DON’T:
🚫 Smoke or vape inside—any smell means a $250 cleaning charge.
🚫 Bring cats (allergy-free environment). Pre-approved dogs only, please.
🚫 Drive off-road, into deep sand, or to unapproved music festivals/events.
🚫 Leave the generator running unattended or overload outlets with hair dryers or heaters.
🚫 Forget to turn off propane when driving.
🚫 Slam doors or cabinets—everything’s lightweight, not heavy-duty.
🚫 Return the van with waste in tanks or less fuel than received—dump and refill fees apply.
🚫 Drop off after hours without notice—extra day’s charge may occur.
Remember:
The prep fee covers full cleaning, system checks, propane, and stocked essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee cups, dishes, cookware). Most travelers prefer their own bedding; linen service for two beds and towels is available for an added fee.
