This is The Picknicker 16' ( Not The Picknicker 13' - which you also find on Outdoorsy), a fully high-end remodeled travel trailer from the early 90’s. With just 16ft long (~6ft interior height), it offers lots of space and storage for all your gear. The Picknicker 16' is a one of a kind trailer, which will glam-up your camping experience. It is especially good for couples, instagrammable, petfriendly, modern and family friendly!This Travel Trailer IS Only FOR "Destination Camping -Owner Towing Only - Exception's negotiable (for example if a campground does not allow deliveries). NO Burning MAN!!!What does the Picknicker offer:
• Plenty of storage (elaborately covered with a melamine or vinyl surface for highest hygiene standards)
• Plenty of interior lights
• Kitchen with good sized countertops, deep stainless steel sink, a two burner stove and fridge/freezer
• A bathroom with sink and toilet
• Tons of features for our electronic friends:
-Monitoring solar- and battery level,
-110V inverter/converter,
-Several locations for USB-plugins + 110V power outlets (perfect for remote work)
-Cellphone-booster
-200Watt of solar
-Remote temperature controlled roof fan
-heated floor system (requires shore power/generator)
-Propane operated furnace
-Remote electric heating (requires shore power/generator)

We deliver and setup the trailer to almost any camp site or home address (renter is responsible to check for delivery-regulations/permits) within 100 miles of South Lake Tahoe, CA. All you need to do is arrive and enjoy all amenities the PICKNICKER has to offer. We are located close to South Lake Tahoe’s best beach and mountain campsites. Pets are welcome / up to medium size dogs (extra fee). We also offer a “glamping-package” which includes:
• Projector and screen for “Netflix" videos
• Upgraded chairs and table
• Propane - Fire pit
• Outdoor string-lights

5.0Jon’s trailer was great! This was our second time renting it we enjoyed it so much! The trailer it’s like home away from home. The beds are comfortable and it supplied with everything you need including dishes, coffee maker towels, even a bug zapper. We will definitely be renting from Jon again. The process was smooth and we had a fabulous camping trip.

5.0We rented Jon’s 16’ Scamp trailer for a weekend camping trip in South Lake Tahoe, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Jon met us at the campsite and set up everything. He was friendly, personable, and clearly takes a lot of pride in this little trailer—and for good reason. Jon has lovingly and thoughtfully renovated the Scamp beyond its original layout, making it far more functional and versatile than the standard model. He’s packed the space with features that transform it into a clean, efficient, and comfortable home base. While the trailer is compact—especially for two tall adults—the bed was very comfortable, and provided a cozy spot to lounge when we weren’t out enjoying the natural beauty of Tahoe. We’d recommend this rental to anyone who wants to enjoy the outdoors but still have a clean, well-designed, and comfortable place to retreat at the end of the day.

5.0Great camper/trailer for our family of three. Jon was great to work with and he did a fantastic job making this camper a home a way from home. It had everything you needed and was well equiped with the necessary comforts. We had everything needed to cook with including an outdoor set up to cook with and wash dishes. The bed was very comfortable. We all slept great. The attention to detail in this camper goes above and beyond. We had a truly magical experience thanks to Jon and his trailer/camper!! Can't wait to go again.
