The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and eating utensils for 6 people. If you have any other needs for your rental, please don't hesitate to ask. Otros detalles importantesPlease bring the RV back in the same condition as you took it. If you are unable to clean it we will deduct a $250 fee out of your security deposit. If you are unable to dump the black or grey tank we will also take care of that for a $50 fee. Please refill the propane tank and also bring it back with a full gas tank. If you are unable to we will deduct the refill gas price + $25 from your security deposit. When you return, we will walk through it together and identify any damage. Should the need arise, we will repair the damage and deduct it from your security deposit.No smoking allowed. All expenses associated with removing smoke will be the responsibility of the renter (up to and including the purchase of a new RV).Minimum driving age is 25.The RV may not be driven on rough dirt roads. Reservations to Burning Man is NOT allowed. If it comes back extra dirty or dusty we may charge an extra cleaning fee.Unauthorized pet fee: $250 per night. Renters are financially responsible for all damages they incur.Towing is NOT allowed unless express written consent is provided by the owner.If the next scheduled renter has to cancel because the RV was returned late, renter will pay double the refund that the owner had to pay due to the cancelled reservation.
