No Smoking in this unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit a minimum service fee of $500 will be claimed from your security deposit.
You should NEVER be on the roof of my unit.
You are not to go over 65 MPH.
If you leave the unit in a state that requires excessive cleaning a fee of $500 will be claimed from your security deposit.
If you have a pet in the unit there will be a $500 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit.
If you are late returning the unit there will be a penalty fee of $15 per hour.
Awning usage is allowed after training and video review. Any damage to any awning will result in claim of full security deposit with possibility of additional claim of additional fee. These awnings are delicate, expensive and not covered under insurance.
