'Lucky Charm' is a 2019 Coachmen Leprechaun by Forest River model 230CB in excellent condition (25FT). Featuring a super comfy layout, this fully equipped motorhome has two RV queen-sized beds(one bunk over cab bed and one on the rear), a dinette conversion bed for additional kid campers, a fully operational kitchen with microwave, a three burner stove, sink, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer and plate set for 6. Tons of storage space for all your adventure gear!This RV will pamper you with a super hot water shower, a generator for off-grid camping, a potent A/C, DVD and two TVs, among other amenities that will make your camping trip a very comfortable experience. Renters must **empty all holding tanks** (grey and black water) before returning the RV. Failure to do so will result in a **$150 service fee**, which will be deducted from the renter’s deposit. Additionally, if renters use toll roads with the provided **SunPass**, any toll charges incurred during the rental period will be **deducted from the deposit**, with a detailed invoice provided for transparency.

Q.Have we ever cancelled a Rental last minute?
A.
We work diligently with the maintenance of our RV and do everything we can to have it available to renters on the scheduled days. We've rented to folks that had reservations for many months in advance only to have the RV owner cancel in the last minute. Super disappointing.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
'Lucky Charm' is the PERFECT size to make it a safe yet comfortable rental RV. Larger recreational vehicles may have larger accommodations, but peace of mind is what you want while driving on vacation with your family. We did the research and 25 feet is the sweet spot, you get the perfect amount of spaciousness and safety. At 25 feet, damage claims on average drop significantly.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are super flexible with pickup times and dropping off. Also, we will refill the gas tank at no extra cost to you, other than the fuel itself. We don't want you hurrying back and having to stop at a gas station right before drop off.
Also, on departure date, you can drive your car to our RV parking, pick up the RV and leave your car in the RV lot for free. Rental does not cover parking and you park your vehicle at your own risk as we are not liable for any damage or theft, etc.
