[note the stairs do not fold out, someone hit them with their car. We include a folding stool until this is repaired at the RV center]. Very nice and clean camper trailer. I won't bore you with details you can look up on the manufacturer website. We recently acquired a nice new generator you can rent for additional deposit and daily rental fee.The queen bed has been upgraded to a nice memory foam mattress.
We have installed a television on the inside. There is a home theater system that can play DVDs on the TV; FM, or a.m. radio; receive HD broadcast TV signals; or the cable television hook ups at an RV park.Please note, if you want to rent a generator as well, please contact me before booking because there is an additional $500 deposit for the generator.Qué incluyeThere is a sewer hose, hose and sprayer, and electrical connector with adapter for 110v style outlets.

There is a hitch receiver bolted onto the back of the trailer (not for pulling trailers) for attaching bike racks, luggage rack, a grill holder, etc,Note this does NOT come with a generator unless you specifically rent it.Otros detalles importantesPlease ensure tanks are not over-filled, and that they are drained upon return. The blackwater (toilet tank) has a hose hookup on the passenger side in order to do a flush. It’s often necessary to add and then drain water a few times at the dump site to ensure the solid material eventually gets moved out the drain.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are pretty flexible as we are self-employed.
Q.Does it come with a generator at the regular daily rate?
A.
No. However we do have a nice new generator that runs on both gas and propane. It is quite expensive so we only rent it out with an additional deposit and added $15/day fee. Please contact us before booking if you are interested in the generator.
