-Two adult camping chairs will be provided along with a 6x9 ft outdoor rug.
-Two fold-up outdoor trash cans and four trash bags will be provided. Two smaller indoor trash cans and bags will be provided as well.
-The outdoor kitchen will have grilling utensils, foil, a roll of paper towels, a bar of hand soap, hand sanitizer, and a grille.
-The bathroom will have a bar of hand soap, toilet paper, a small garbage can with bags and a first aid kit.
-The kitchen will have a bar of hand soap, hand sanitizer, a roll of paper towels, silverware (forks, spoons, butter knives, steak knives) for 8, acrylic plates (8), acrylic bowls (8), acrylic cups (8), coffee percolator with filters, 4 coffee cups, serving spoons, whisk, tongs, kitchen scissors, bottle opener, can opener, cutting boards, butcher block with 5 knives, bread knife, Britta water filter pitcher, 1 large serving bowl, I medium serving bowl, 1 small baking dish, 1 large skillet, 1 small skillet, 1 large pot, 1 small pot, 3 lids for cookware, pot holder, fabric trivet, sponge, dish soap, kitchen towel, dishcloth.
-Cleaning items will include a bottle of all-purpose cleaner, paper towels, broom, and dustpan. There is also a central vacuum with attachments that will only run off of a generator or shore power.
-Generator large enough to run AC (restrictions are explained)
-50amp shore power cord with adapters (Resort stay only)
-Water supply hose and pressure regulator (Resort stays only)

-You should ensure that the trailer is returned to us as you received it. This may mean that you stop at a car wash to remove any dirt or mud splatter from the outside, sweep the floors, wash and dry dirty dishes, and remove all personal items from the trailer. If there are damages to the trailer, please let us know during the return walkthrough.
-When we deliver the trailer to you, we understand that a lot of the cleaning is impossible to do at the campsite. That's why there is an extra charge for cleaning and waste disposal.
-Any kind of smoking (including vape), hard drug or any type of tobacco use is prohibited in or around the vicinity of the trailer and chairs provided. There will be a fee of $500 on top of the cost of damages. We don't care if you do it, just not around our things.
-We encourage you to bring your well-behaved pets. Two pet maximum. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Any pet damage or excessive hair removal will be the responsibility of the renter.
-We love camping out in the beautiful Nevada wilderness as much as the next person, but this camper is not made to travel down Nevada washboard roads. Frankly, it beats the hell out of the camper! Please be honest where you plan on taking the trailer. I've traveled in most of Nevada and Northern California backcountry and know the conditions of most roads. Backcountry travel isn't totally off-limits, just let me be the judge if the trailer can survive the trip down the road. If dirt road travel is approved, there will be a $250 additional cleaning charge.
