Queen bedroom area is separated from main area by slide-able privacy curtain.Central (ducted) heat and air conditioning at (15,000 BTU) will keep you warm or cool whenever you need it.Don't have a truck / Don't want to tow? We can place the RV for you at Farragut State Park - we have sites pre-reserved for 2018 (up to Sept 6th) or we can place you in the beautiful, quiet Camp Ward with two generators to run all appliances including air-conditioning. (See for more reservation and campsite information for Farragut State Park)We also have the following recreational items available (see add-ons): Generators to run microwave and air-conditioner (primitive camping/boondocking), Hollywood Bike Rack - fits 4 bikes, River Floats, Sun Dolphin 4 person pedal boat with canopy.This is a solid camper, 3/4 ton or larger recommended towing vehicle. Cannot be towed with a 1/2 ton truck. Multiple stinger sizes available for hookup. 2 5/16 ball required.***Important*** Rental availability notice - we have set an "unavailable" as we will be out of town Aug 3 to 19th. However, we can rent the camper for those Full 3 weeks if you pick up anytime before August 3rd and return after Aug 19th.
