2020 Heartland RVs Pioneer
This is a sparkly clean 2020 Heartland Pioneer BH175 with modern decor and lots of cozy add-ons to make your camping experience extraordinary!The queen bed has a Serta mattress (the real deal with springs, not a thin memory foam pad) and lots of fluffy pillows and blankets. We’ve also added blackout curtains between the bed and the rest of the trailer for privacy. Both bunks have a window and come with fresh linens too. The table can also be converted to a bed but would be best suited for a child as it’s shorter than your average bed.The kitchen has a full pantry with slide-out shelves and a mini-fridge and freezer that works on either electricity or propane. It’s stocked with all the pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, and cooking implements you'll need for a successful camping trip. There is also a microwave, but know that it requires electricity from a 30-amp hook-up or a generator to run. We also include a folding table and a cook stove if you prefer to cook outside like we do on hot summer nights.The bathroom has a toilet and shower with a tub — great for kiddos who need a soak after playing in the dirt all day!Outside we’ve got an outdoor rug and camp chairs to set up under the power awning with LED lighting. There are speakers both inside and outside that will connect via Bluetooth or aux cord to your devices … or tune it in to the radio!The trailer itself is lightweight and easy to tow — 3,150 lbs dry and 4,400 lbs fully loaded. You’ll need a 2-5/16” ball and a brake controller installed in your vehicle to tow this trailer. We can lend you the ball if you have a 2" hitch receiver.And the best part — when you’re all done, no need to dump, clean, or refill the propane tank — we take care of it all for you!Delivery and generator rental are available for an additional fee -- see add-ons and message with any questions! Shelby made everything SO easy!! She was very quick to respond with questions. The bed was SO comfortable!! We would absolutely rent from Shelby again!!

Shelby was awesome as a host and great to work with. RV functioned as hoped and everything was in great shape. Will be renting from her again in the future.

Shelby was beyond accommodating from a last minute booking through our trip and the return. It’s not easy to find people who are sweet and easy to communicate with but she was wonderful. Super appreciated and will absolutely rent with her again if we’re ever in that area.
