Helpful, but last-minute disclosures
Many users praised the owner's responsiveness and helpfulness. However, one renter was informed just 24 hours before pickup about multiple broken features (jacks, bunkbed, awning, cameras, tank sensors).

2.0We booked a week long trip a year in advance. 24 hours before pickup we were informed that the jacks, second bunkbed, awning, rear/side cameras, and holding tank sensors were all broken. The heads up right before the trip was disappointing. Outside of the cleanliness, nearly full grey tank when we picked up, and last minute heads up on the above broken pieces - the motorhome worked great.
