5.0Great for first time campers! We rented from Morgan for our anniversary road trip and everything was smooth sailing. Great communication if you need someone super responsive to questions.

2.0We rented the camper for 5 days and the entire time it smelled like urine even after airing it out everyday, not sure why. Even tried using professional RV chemicals it still smelled almost like the black water tank was broken. The TV screen was also damaged, was not displaying right. The day we picked up the camper, the host informed us the awning was broken. An awning is very important when camping so that was unfortunate. Missing basic cooking utensils, only provided 1 ladle spoon.
