"Birdie" is a 2022 Jayco Travel Trailer. Featuring a fully equipped queen sized bed, two extra full size bunk beds, a dining table conversion into a bed, as well as a jack knife sofa. It also includes a spacious stainless steel fridge, double sink, gas stove and oven, microwave, ventilation, AC, heat, shower as well as separate toilet and separate sink. Ample storage under table benches as well as storage above sink, and over/under the queen bed.Sleeps 8-could squeeze two more kids if you really wanted to.This RV also has a Smart-TV, Bluetooth, Speakers inside and out, water heater, mini fridge outside, Additional Outdoor Shower, 30 amp hook ups, water hook ups with water purifier, And propane included. We also love Sun Outdoors Lake Rudolph Campground which is right next to Holiday World Amusement Park. It is a fun and festive campground where all the road names are Christmas themed, even the local town and grocery stores are Christmas themed!However, October is one of the best months to go if you enjoy fall camping as the whole campground gets decked out in Halloween décor. Campers that go every year in October decorate their campsites as if they were decorating the outside of their home for Halloween. They even do trick-or-treating and a golf cart parade for the kid campers every Saturday evening in October. Such a fun experience!

Cody and I love to take our travel trailer out on the road to escape the busyness of city life. Nothing beats slowing down and taking in nature, no matter what the season is! Host was fantastic and answered all questions prior to me picking up the RV. RV was very clean, had necessities and operated perfectly. Highly recommend renting with them.

The rental with Cody and Sully went great. It was a very nice, clean camper. The rental was given on extremely short notice. We went for my son to race the Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch They were great people to deal with and saved our vacation. I would not hesitate to rent their RV again next year.

We used this camper for an amazing weekend of camping and listening to music and it was fantastic. It was very clean and comfortable. Cody did a great job going over everything and was very responsive. Would highly recommend again!

This was the first time I’ve ever pulled a travel trailer. Cody was very responsive when I had questions during the set up and tear down process. The unit was super clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things I needed to cook with. I highly recommend renting from Cody and Sully.

The RV was furnished with everything we could need. Dishes, cookware, zip loc bags, soap, cleaning products, firewood, camp chairs! Cody and Sulley were very attentive and responsive. Everything in the camper worked as it should. We had so much fun that we extended our stay. Have already asked about scheduling a trip with the Kelly's again! 10 out of 10!
