2019 KZ Connect C231 Bhkse.Queen Murphy bed, 80" U-Dinette that sits 6 (more if they are small kids), and double bunk beds. Includes an outside grill and outside shower for rinsing off. A family of 6-8 can comfortably stay in this trailer.This trailer is only 5300 lbs. dry, which can be towed comfortably by most trucks and large SUVs (we use an F-150 V6).Please verify that your vehicle is set up to tow a travel trailer or arrange for drop off / set up. The trailer has trailer brakes and I have a sway bar set up that you can use if requested.This trailer comes fully supplied and ready to go, include bedding, towels, utensils, plastic bowls and cups, basic cookware, and much more. We also include the necessary hook ups, including water hose, pressure regulator, water filter, 30 amp electrical cable, and sewer dump hose.We charge a mandatory $50 prep fee that covers washing/sanitizing all of the towels/bedding, prepping the trailer before you pick it up and going through everything when you return then trailer.The trailer is expected to be returned in the same condition you pick it up in (outside and inside), within reason. We charge $50 if the trailer requires basic cleaning services and $100 for excessive cleaning required.We also charge $50 if the dump tanks are not returned empty. I can supply you with the name of a local RV park that charges a small fee if you need to dump on the way home.We do pick up and drop off at 7 am or 7 pm. Returns on Sunday can be any time after 12 pm, assuming you give me an estimated time and let me know a specific time on your way. Please contact us if other arrangements are needed, we try to be flexible if circumstances allow.
