What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
It depends on the date/time of the request. I do not drive the rig, so it will be based on the availability of my husband. We might increase the distance for delivery if reasonable. Please send a message if you would like us to consider a further drop-off! TIP: We can drop off and set up for you at Huntsville State Park if the dates work with his schedule!

Can I use fabric dryer sheets in the washer/dryer?
A.
No. The design of the washer/dryer combo prohibits fabric dryer sheets. They will get caught in the barrel of the machine. We can provide laundry soap/liquid fabric softener upon request.

What's the deal with generator fees?
A.
Generators are expensive to maintain and replace. We include 4 hours per day of usage. This is usually only a concern for those who are dry camping (no electric hook-ups, etc). In the event there is a major storm that knocks out power to a campsite- please reach out to us. We do not want you to panic over fees in the event of an unexpected outage. If you can provide proof you were at a campsite that provides electricity, and there was a loss of power, we will consider a reduction in fees

Will you stock the RV for us?
A.
Sure! For an extra fee of $50, we can stock your fridge and pantry. This can save you time and get you on your way to your destination quickly! (you would do an HEB curbside order near us, and we would pick up and stock for you!)
