At pickup we were walked through the vehicle and shown how things worked. We felt confident as we rolled out. Our trip was super comfortable and uneventful. We will definitely be using again. 5.0This was really a great experience with the sprinter. The owners were easy to talk to, and very responsive. The van was just as listed, beauiful! And extremely comfortable. It came in handy for my short family trip. We all enjoyed it, and I will be renting again.
