Hi my name is Bertha!! I am 42 feet from lips to hips, and 12 feet wide all around and from tire to roof I am almost 14 feet tall. I was purchased used in 2016 by my third owner (Paul - he’s never driven a bus before, it was so funny getting used to him). I was always well taken care of and my new owner lived with their 5 children and I am remarkably clean after two years, and he has done a decent job keeping up with my low maintenance. He installed heating pads under both my tanks, and the exterior piping is heat traced. An additional outlet was installed to provide power to the heat trace, and automatic drain valves on both tanks - which are controlled from underneath the bathroom cupboard. The installation is not as pretty as it can be but it worked out very well for them and I’m happy their happy (but I’m hoping he makes it look better). My exterior is in 9/10 condition due to light tree branch scratch marks (funny but long story). The exterior TV unit was replaced with a drawer unit, but there are two new TV’s on the inside and both come with Google Chrome so you can stream from your mobile device. There is also a cable for a internet modem to be hooked up to an outside source. I had two oil changes with Paul and a radiator flush done in Spring 2018 just before my trip to Quebec. My water pump has just been replaced, exterior water filter too. My house batteries were replaced in 2014 but probably need a good charge, and my 12kw generator is good to go and can meet all your needs!! I drive fairly smooth for an old gal. Oh ya!! I almost forgot. The refrigerator runs on Propane when no electricity is present. You can also hookup an external propane tank for extended use. As you can tell I’m very excited to meet you, but Paul is very very worried about me. He wants to make sure your all set to go but kinda over protective too...Did you know?- that depending on where you’re going, that mileage is included in the price when you rent me? Just keep it within 100 miles of your complete trip and there’s no additional mileage fees.- linens and kitchen items are provided free of charge?
