2021 Thor 6 Person - Like New w/low miles

• Pets will be considered on a case by case basis • Do not use toilet paper other than specific RV TP provided (2 rolls per day are included) • Do not climb on the roof • No smoking in the unit or smell of smoke inside from fires or smoking outside, no tailgating, no music festivals, no pets allowed under any circumstances. Full deposits will be voided if any of these rules are broken • Treat the unit as if it were your own and return it how you find it with the exception of dirty linens, cooking utensils, pots and pans • Be sure to bring the following: Bath soap/shampoo, bath towels, paper plate, cups/coffee cups, plasticware, knives, grilling utensils for outdoor grilling, extra blankets/sheet sets for dinette sleeper and over cab bunk, pillows if needing more than the 4 included * Misc Fees if not returned properly * • Late returns will result in $100 charge per hour unless agreed upon prior by the owner • Refuel Charge (Gas) is $250 if not returned full • Refuel Charge (Propane) is $250 if not returned full • Dump Fee is $250 for either the Gray and/or Black Tanks if not emptied (This can be done at RV parks or at any Camping World) • Fresh Water fill fee is $200 if not returned full • Excessive cleaning fee is $250 additionally so please return it as if it were your own unit
