5We had a blast on our trip with CM's Promaster build. First of all, the build is AWESOME. CM did a great job creating a super efficient layout, and it was extremely easy to get used to where everything was stored. We had no issues packing 5+ days of clothes and gear and never felt cramped. The bed and all of the interior was extremely comfortable, and we always felt cozy despite weird FL weather this past week that ranged from 42 in the morning to nearly 80 in the daytime. The electrical components were extremely easy to use and we had no issues with the inverter or getting set up on shore power. CM has a great video walk-through prior to pickup that makes it easy to learn everything, and the walkthrough before departure was great for answering any questions we had. It was also really easy to use the awning, which was great as those can sometimes be a pain in the butt to use without causing any damage. Whenever we had any questions, CM was extremely responsive and proactively reached out to check how things were going halfway through our trip, which was also appreciated. 10/10 - would definitely rent from CM again. We appreciate him being a great host!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can deliver the Van to your location, or meet you at a pre-determined public parking lot. We offer a pickup window of Noon - 4pm and Dropoff window of 10am - 2pm. If those times do not accommodate your schedule, Early Pickup/Dropoff times are available in booking options. Also - please be aware that initial orientation of the Van will take about 1 hour.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This Van is setup so that you do not need to rely on finding campgrounds with full hookups. Hot water is made anytime the van drives, the toilet holds 5 gallons of waste and can be emptied at any bathroom, electricity is generated from driving and solar,and the battery system will power the AC, fridge and other devices. There is a cabin heater that provides plenty of heat by using the vehicles fuel tank.
Q.
How long will the rooftop AC run off the batteries?
A.
The rooftop AC will run for up to 12 hours off of the vehicles battery system(depending on state of charge). Please keep in mind that the batteries will need to be recharged via driving, shorepower, or solar. If you plan on being stationary in one spot for multiple days and you want to run the AC, it is recommended to have shorepower available.
