Full kitchen with full size fridge, rv sized gas cooktop and oven, fold out sleeper sofa with storage underneath, kitchen table turns into a bed, rear bathroom is a half bath with its own door to the exterior. This makes it easy to have bathroom access from the outside without having to dirty/go through the living space.
