Our experience w/ Mario was awesome. It began ~2 mo's BEFORE our actual rental when he took the time to give us a tour of the RV before we committed. As a group of "newbies to RV'ing", Mario was super patient and thorough in showing us how everything operated. He was also accessible during the long weekend when we texted him with questions.
