2022 Gulf Stream Ameri Lite

I would never rent from this person again. Claimed that we brought it back in an unkept condition when we actually uploaded photos of a dirty fridge and microwave that needed to be cleaned out before using. Plus he falsely claimed we broke the fridge handle which we had also uploaded photos of because it was obviously already broken. He also claimed we damaged the brake controller cable which I agreed to pay for if it didn't work. However, the cable detached somewhere near his house and did get dusty from the dirt roads getting to his house, but I inspected it and it didn't have any visible damage to it. With that said, I agreed to pay for this and of course he claimed he had to replace it. I don't trust this person after the false claims and doubt that it needed replacement. Nonetheless, we only used it for one night instead of two, plus we never used water since we decided the bathrooms were so close. The host also claimed that we took up his time? He never had to show us anything about the RV or do a walkthrough with us since we picked it up without him being there (which we were okay with), yet he complained that we took up his time? What time? Anyways, a very disappointing experience due to the host and his false claims.

Great communication. Flexibility with timing of pickup and drop off. Plenty of space during pickup & drop off made it super easy.

Great host. Trailer was perfect. Second time that we rented this trailer for the same event.
